Jana with Baby Ava taking a Autumn stroll. Ava seemed like she really enjoyed the orange leaves. It was an unusually warm day for November in Salt Lake.

Eli the lion and his cousin Ava the baby bee.
Ava was getting very tigered.

I had to put on some Tigerbalm after this young tiger put her claws into my palm.

Here's a picture of Ava meeting Aunt Kellie for the first time back in September. The experience wore Ava out as you can see.

It was so good to see the whole Panda and Angel team this last weekend. Ava decided half-way to their Kilby Court show that she didn't want to see them perform that night. She was very vocal about this. We'll catch them play when they stop back though in November. It will be @ the Urban Lounge, a 21 and over venue, so Ava will be supporting them from home with her Mom.

I can't beleive that Ava is already 6 weeks old!

I'll post more pictures and video soon. The library's system is acting up today. Ava's been doing great. She's getting so big so fast! Only 5 weeks old and her personality is really coming out. I love that she's growing up but but I kinda want her to stay just like she is now.

Don't sleep.

I'm headed to Andy's studio tonight to lay down a few scratches for Fishers new effort. Those two are always a pleasure to work with. This Saturday the 9th is not only Marks B-day, but there's a Rotten Musicians show also at the Urban Lounge. We're playing with Either Orchestra and the Red Bennies. That fact that I was just able to link to just about every band, person and place to myspace shows just how big the whole thing has gottten. Me and Jana haven't had a good nights sleep in the last month since Baby Ava arrived. We'll see how this affects my performance this weekend. Jana has enjoyed much less sleep than me, so I won't complain more than I just did. I can smell the fall creeping into the air around me. It's been an amazing summer and I can't wait to see what the orange and brown leaves bring.
